Dr. Appt.

I went to the Dr. on Wednesday. I was still 1 cm, but I was 75% effaced. Baby is still down and the Dr. said he was all up in my ribs, LOL, I could have told ya that! I think he is definitely going to be a Rickey baby, long and skinny, not round and short like me! I was joking with him and telling him to induce me, and he said all joking aside he would, but it would be long and hard on me and I would probably end up having a c-section. So he talked me out of it, needless to say!

Cradle

My Grandpa Taylor made this beautiful cradle for the baby. I am so excited for him to use it. It is suck a timeless piece and will be an amazing family heirloom. Thanks Bop!

Doctor appt.

I went to the doctor yesterday and there was not much change. I am still at 1 cm. His heartbeat was 154 bpm. My belly measured 35 inches. He is still head down. I am still having random contractions and had really bad ones Friday. I am not too anxious, just waiting and enjoying the time I have before he comes! I will let ya'll know if anything changes!

Work shower

Work

So Brandon and I are usually the ones to do really stupid stuff at work and hurt one and other, but since I am prego I have not been able to partake in the festivities. We hired a girl at work named Btittany and I love her for so many reasons but especially because she is a tom-boy like me so she is able to entertain Brandon. So this is a video of them leg wrestling and Brandon getting his trashed kicked!

Sooner than later......

I now go to the Baby Dr. once a week now. I went yesterday and my Dr. said that the baby was head down and I was 1 cm dilated. He also said that the pain I was having were contractions and I needed to keep a count of them. He scheduled an induction for June 18th in case I make it till then, but I am willing to put money that he comes before then. So crazy that he will be here any day!

All Done!?!

We finally got the room all ready for the baby.....I think. It is all decorated and things are in place. Even though he won't use it until he is older, because he will be sleeping in the cradle my grandpa Taylor made for him. I am excited to have it all put together! Thanks again Mom for all your amazing work on making all the bedding, curtains, etc. I could not have been more perfect!
